DO YOU WANT ME TO BE YOUR PRESIDENT? I have verifiably successfully solved more problems than all the other candidates put together. I also got both political parties to adopt my solutions. THAT'S LEADERSHIP!

What I have done to be qualified TO BE YOUR PRESIDENT

1. IRAQ My Solution Being Adopted 4/22/07

Maybe you know someone who has fought or is fighting in Iraq. Then you will be interested in the successful individual effort I made in solving the Iraq problem. I spent my own money and went to 5 Middle Eastern countries to understand the hearts and minds of the Muslims. Then I reported back to our goverment my solutions, and they adopted them in May 2007.

I discovered from my understanding of the people that the total authority and loyalties of the citizens lie with the tribal chiefs and not the central governments. I reported this to President Bush, Secretaries Gates, Rice, and Chertoff (via Federal Express), all the U.S. Senators, around 160 U.S. Representatives, and all the Governors on April 22, 2007. In the last half of May 2007 after receiving my recommendations, Secretary Gates announced that we are going start politically dealing with the tribal chiefs. The tribal chiefs then realized we were friends and not invaders. They ceased hostilities against us and ordered their members of the respective tribes to stop shooting at us and to treat us as friends. I heard on the news that our troop death rate in Iraq during 2007 was 1014. The death rate went down 76% after May 2007. So almost all the American deaths occurred before my solution was implemented. Up until then, the surge just meant more deaths because of an increased number of troops sent over there. During the past 5 years none of the politicians, including those running for President, thought to understand that the tribal chiefs were all powerful. Our politicians went to Iraq many times and accomplished getting their pictures taken.

I am not in politics. I am not an insider in Washington. On my own and at my expense I contributed significantly to solving the problem. The tribal chiefs did not simultaneously, all of a sudden, come to us to get peace. We went to them starting last May (2007). We all want to get out of Iraq as soon as possible or at least have peace over there without loss of American blood and treasure. We don't want another Vietnam. 2. Preventing SUICIDE BOMBERS My Solution Being Adopted 4/22/07

Maybe you know someone who was a casualty of the horrific suicide bombing of 9/11/01. Then you will be interested in the successful individual effort I made in solving the Suicide Bomber problem.

I discovered from my understanding of the people that the potential suicide terrorists can be deterred. I recommended two solutions to our government. Either solution will work; however, both solutions together will absolutely prevent suicide bombers once they are implemented. This will save a lot of lives including Muslims and the lives of the terrorists themselves. I reported this to President Bush, Secretaries Gates, Rice, and Chertoff (via Federal Express), all the U.S. Senators, around 160 U.S. Representatives, and all the Governors on April 22, 2007. In the last half of May 2007 after receiving my recommendations and several more times in 2007, Secretary Gates announced that we are going start influencing the hearts and minds of would be suicide bombers. Without going into the specifics, that describes my solutions. There are around 3 billion Muslims in the world, and 10% of them belong to the fanatic terrorist sect. That's 300 million potential suicide bombers. That's the population of the United States. You can't influence ALL these people except through their hearts and minds. Our politicians did not realize this for the past 5 years. That is deplorable!

3. Contributing to the Demise of the Soviet Union 1984 - 1989

Maybe you know someone who was a casualty of the loss of freedom and oppression of the former Soviet Union's iron curtain block countries. Then you will be interested in the successful individual effort I made in solving the problem by significantly helping end the cold war through the demise of the Soviet Union. This gave the people of quite a few countries their freedom. This started in Russia when spent my own money to go there in August and September of 1984. Please see my web site for verifiable specifics including a letter of gratitude from the Prime Minister's Office of the Czech Republic. They said that they would not write that letter unless they could independantly verify what I had done. People generally give President Reagan credit for ending the cold war because we had a strong military at the time. But the Soviets would not change their system of government unless they had something better to transition into. That is what I did. I convinced them of the next great step for their communist system. I was describing capitalism but I didn't call it that. They bought the solution I was describing thinking they could stay within the communist mantal of control. They imploded into a form of democracy. You didn't hear about my contribution because I asked our government to withhold what I did. They obliged. I spent my own money and went to understand the hearts and minds of the Soviets and lead them into a better way through my solution. Then I reported back to our goverment my solutions, and they adopted them in 1989. They worked with the Soviets to help them transition into my solution. The Berlin wall fell in November 1989.

Our politicians were not doing anything to solve the problem other than staying strong militarily, so I did. I am not in politics. I am not an insider in Washington. On my own and at my expense I contributed significantly to solving the problem. My solution was implemented. This provided a huge amount of surplus money in the form of a "Peace Dividend" in military savings. Congress proceeded to waste it on earmarks, PAC's, and lobbyist special projects. 4. Contributing Significantly to Welfare Reform that Save Billions of Dollars April 1995

Maybe you remember the huge amount of dollars spent and the huge numbers of people on welfare who with a little training and mentoring did not need to be there. Maybe you remember the gangs watching welfare recipients cash their check each month only to immediately steal it from them. Maybe you remember the food stamps that welfare recipients and dishonest merchants exchanged for money to buy drugs. In April 1995, Congress was saying, "Let's give the Welfare money to the states for giving out because the states surely could not do any worse job than the Federal Government is doing." I made up VISA-type Welfare Empowerment cards with the help of my brother, Rodney. It is to prevent fraud from food stamps. It would electronically approve and pay merchants only for allowed items that they scanned in as they were scanning them in. In recommended mentoring and gave an example of the true story of Juan. It recommended payment of Welfare funds under local control such as charities because they had the in-field knowledge of who is being a cheat. I sent my solution to President Bush, (via Federal Express), all the U.S. Senators, around 160 U.S. Representatives, and all the Governors. Implementing my solution along with items from former Governor Tommy Thompson of Wisconsin is what we have for a welfare system today. This has saved our country billions of dollars.

Our politicians were not doing anything to solve the problem, so I did. I am not in politics. I am not an insider in Washington. On my own and at my expense I contributed significantly to solving the problem. My solution was implemented. This provided a huge amount of surplus money in the form Fraud savings and efficiencies. 5. Contributing Significantly to Medicare/Medicaid/Healthcare Solutions that will Save Money April 9, 2001 -

On April 9, 2001, I sent my solution to President Bush, (via Federal Express), all the U.S. Senators, around 160 U.S. Representatives, all the Governors, and the three national offices of the AMA. My solution is explained in detail in my web site. It involves paperless processing of claims. The AMA came out with a statement supporting it. In April 2004 Senator Kerry advertised that a paperless processing of forms would save $350 billion dollars. President Bush estimated the savings to be 21% of the Medicare/Medicaid budget. This is in addition to the savings in the doctors offices not having to hire up to 4 additional staff just to take care of the paperwork. As is explained on my web site separately, huge savings are realized. Insurance companies would standardize their id cards and also support one source paperless payment through electronic transfer. All of our Medical costs should come down because of these savings.

I will run for President if I have enough support. My solutions include better ways at greatly reduced costs.
